Our Story

Founded in 1948 alongside the NHS, Hollywood Hospital Charity has been supporting healthcare excellence for over 75 years. What began as a small group of dedicated volunteers has grown into one of the region's largest healthcare charities, raising millions of pounds each year to enhance patient care, fund groundbreaking research, and provide cutting-edge medical equipment.

Working in partnership with Hollywood Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, we help bridge the gap between NHS funding and the additional resources needed to deliver truly world-class healthcare services to our community of over 500,000 people.

Our mission is to enhance patient care at Hollywood Hospital by funding:
